A new Hartford Blockbuster machining centre has recently been installed at Alken Engineering. This new acquisition will give us the capacity to handle the machining of components of up-to 3060mm x 1560mm x 780mm and 6 tonnes in weight.
In conjunction with a new overhead handling system that has also recently been installed, this will give us greater production capacity to handle the machining of the largest of components.
